What is the difference between Busines marketing and DIY marketing?

With DIY you are responssible of creating all the content and setting everything up, while with Business subscription we do it for you. With the business subscription you still get access to the system and you can create additional ads.

What are the features available in the Business vs DIY subscription?

Are subscriptions charged automatically?

Yes. It's charged according to your initial plan subscription. You can upgrade/downgrade at any time.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancelling a subscription cancels all future scheduled payments of that subscription. A subscription can be cancelled up until the day of the next scheduled payment. Click here to see latest instructions or do as following:

  • 1. Click the Business Profile icon next to "Log Out" and select Profile and settings.
  • 2. Select My money.
  • 3. In the My preapproved payments section, click Update.
  • 4. Select the merchant whose agreement you want to cancel and click Cancel.
  • 5. Click Cancel Profile to confirm your request.

Can I add more listings?

Definitely! You can add many more, including top listings such as Apple Connect and data aggregators such as Infogroup. This is all at an additional cost.

Do I need a Facebook Account for the Facebook Marketing Campaign?

You don't need a Facebook account, however we recommend that you use a personal account in order to track posts better. We can help you set one up at no cost.

Does the Facebook Marketing Campaign include paid advertising?

Our Facebook Marketing Campaign doesn't include any type of paid advertising such as "Boost Post". We can however set you up for this and create either custom audiences or use Facebook best practices for creating paid ads. There's an additional charge for this service.

How does Facebook Marketing Campaign work?

We thought you'd never ask! We have put together a system that uses automatization for effectiveness. Our system can post at regular intervals of time and we set several rules to increase its effectiveness. We promote your content every 3 days at 2 different times of the day for a whole month. We also create a custom image for this campaign. We'll provide you an example and more details, but we take care of everything!

Can I keep my Facebook Marketing Campaign for longer?

Yes, we can keep your existing Facebook Marketing Campaign running for as long as you want. We charge a low monthly fee to keep an existing campaign running, and we charge a setup fee for any new one. There are no contracts so you can cancel at any time. We also provide you with statistics.

Do I really get 30-Day FREE trial?

Yes! And it’s also really easy. When subscribing to our FREE trial, you gain access to all of the great features of our SMS Marketing system offers and can send/receive up to 1000 text messages per month at no cost! Then you'll be charged $29.99 after that period.

Can I send more than 1000 messages?

Absolutely! If you want to send more than the 1000 messages you are allowed in a single month, you can upgrade to any other available plan at any time. You can choose the monthly plan that best meets your SMS Marketing needs.

How many campaigns can I create?

It's unlimited! However we recommend that you focus in just a couple, otherwise you will run out of messages included in your plan. You can always buy more, but we are always looking out for you.

Is there a limit in the number of subscribers I can add?

Absolutely not! All of our plans included unlimited usage of our features, including unlimited subscribers. We want you to have a very extensive database of subscribers, so go ahead and promote your campaign everywhere you want!

What's a keyword and how many can I create?

Keywords allow your customers to join your SMS text messaging campaign by texting a word to designated number. You can create as many campaigns as you want and add as many keywords as you need!

Is there a contract?

There are no contracts or commitments to sign. You may cancel or upgrade your plan any time you want. No questions asked.

Do I set eveything up by myself?

You may if you want. There are tutorials available for your convenience, however we offer FREE support 7 days a week.

Can I send images?

Yes, we support MMS messages. However we need to note that MMS will count as 2 SMS.

How do you count the messages I send?

Each text is equal to one message to one phone number. If you were to send a message to 10 people, it would count as 10 texts.

How do I get my own SMS number?

When you set up your account, you will be able to buy a phone number. Depending on your plan, you might be able to buy anything between 1-3 numbers. No SHORTCODES.

Is it really $600?

Yes! We couldn't believe it either, but our goal is to help every small and medium size business owner start with a bang at a very reasonable cost.

Are there additional or hidden charges?

Never. We'd notify you should there be additional charges and we never hide any fees.

Does the website belong to me?

The website is under our Subscription Plan, which means that you only pay for hosting, for the domain name and our webmaster service, however you don't get a copy of the website. Copyrights of any content is yours and you can also purchase the website should you decide to.

Are the 41 listings permanent and can I control them?

The listings are 100% permanent. We only provide you with access to Google, Facebook, Yelp and Yellowpages. The rest either don't offer this option or you can claim them yourself. You can also subscribe and update them from our system throughout the month!
