What's included with the setup fee?

We will provide you with over the phone support and help you build a call or sms flow that fits your needs. We will help you choose the best options for setting up your IVR system!

IVR System

An IVR is an acronym for Interactive Voice Response. It's is an automated telephony system that interacts with callers, gathers information and routes calls to the appropriate recipients. If you've ever called a large company, it's very likely that you've interacted with one.

Phone Numbers

Our system is capable of integrating both local and toll-free numbers, and you can choose which one to use. There's no limit as to the number of numbers you can use, however each additional number includes an additional cost.

SMS Messages

You can send and receive SMS messages through our IVR system, and you can create custom flows to redirect them accordingly. There are additional options, like scheduling SMS or automating SMS responses. We strongly enforce anti spamming laws, so you must adhere to the terms and privacy policies. You may face lawsuits if you don't adhere to them.

Phone calls and Minutes

Every minute counts, even for toll-free numbers. Users that call your toll-free number might not get charged for them, but local numbers may incurr additional data and messages charges to them. You get a single number for your account, but you can purchase addtional numbers for $10 a month per number. We strongly enforce terms and privacy policies, so please don't abuse the system and avoid fines and penalties.

Employee Departments

You can create designated departments for your users to manage. You can create unlimited departments and add any number of users. This can be useful when redirecting calls to the "sales department". Voicemails and calls directed to a department will appear in their designated department tab under "MESSAGES".

Users

If your company is looking to scale in the near or far future, it's important to have a system that's scalable and flexible, and ours offers you that. You can add unlimited users and assign them to departments. These users can login and only see stuff related to their departments.

Extensions

You can create extensions for your managers, partners of head of departments, this way they can in some way have their direct line using our IVR system.

Scheduled Calls

You or your assistants can schedule calls to clients, and you can add custom greetings asking the person whether they are ready to talk to someone or not. They can accept and get connected to you, or they can deny and request a call later on the day.

Subscriber Calls

Our system allows you to setup unlimited subscribers list, and you can send them automated and scheduled calls. These calls can be setup as a reminder for a conference call, and get subscribers directly connected. You can also send automated messages or greetings and even reminders.

Call History

Our system keeps record of incoming and outgoing calls of every number you use within our system. It also stores copies of text messages and voicemails. You can also marked them with "status", this way if you have a support department, all calls directed there can help you keep better control of issues and show you which ones have been resolved.

Online Voicemail

Voicemails are transcribed and emailed to you. A copy of these are stored in the system, along with the voicemail itself. You can go and check them whenever you want.

Business Hours

Set your business hours for your entire business or organization, or set individual business hours for a department or a single agent. It's all managed through the call or SMS flow. You can also add VIP callers to a list, and these callers can skip this and still be transferred!

Custom Greetings

You can add a custom greeting to any part of a call flow. You can upload a mp3 file, use our integrated Text to Speech system, record a custom greeting, or select an existing greeting and use it. For a one-time fee, We can record professional greetings for you to use.

Conference Calls

Schedule conference calls with your team, and have them call the business line and enter a code to join. You can set it up in a way that only when the moderator connects to the conference call, everyone else is put on hold. You can select several types of music to play while people wait for the moderator. Call recording is also possible!

Flows

You can create flows for both calls, and text messages. Each have different set of options, and you can select the ones that best suits your needs. There are no limits as to how many flows you can create. Importing and exporting of flows is also possible.
